Hylton Smith's Miscellaneous Meccano Models - Part 2

Hylton writes: "The motor garage is a very unusual subject. I found this gem in a pre-war No. 9 Meccano manual. It makes a good static model for exhibition purposes.

The two towers shown here need no introduction. Both models had an automatic reversing mechanism operating the lifts. Blackpool tower was an idea I got from a Meccano No. 9 manual; the Eiffel tower comes from a No. 7 set prior to 1934 and remains one of the most popular models, even today after all those years."
